Meet The Doctor

John E. Sullivan, D.D.S.

Dr. Sullivan, an Oak Park native, graduated from Loyola University with a degree in biology in 1979 and went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry in 1983.  For years he worked in a North Michigan Ave office and a near south side office. In 1987 he set up an office in Glendale Heights with his high school friend Dr. Larry Humberstone DC. In 1998 his practice had outgrown the location, and he moved the practice to the current location at 511 Thornhill Dr. Ste H, in Carol Stream, Illinois.

Dr. Sullivan has been accredited with over 3300 hours of continued education in craniofacial pain, Advanced TMJ science, prosthodontics, Implant Dentistry, IV sedation, orthodontics, and oral surgery. He is highly passionate about continuing his education to ensure he can provide the best possible care to his patients.

Dr. Sullivan likes to play golf with his sons, garden, and other hobbies outside work. If you visit us during our summer months, don’t be surprised if you see fruits and vegetables to take in the waiting room, Dr. Sullivan continually grows more than he can consume!
