At John E. Sullivan DDS, we believe that dental care should be made easier by insurance — not more confusing. Our team works closely with patients to help maximize insurance benefits and provide a clear explanation of coverage before any treatment begins.  

As a courtesy, we verify benefits and submit claims on your behalf, helping you understand your estimated out-of-pocket costs prior to treatment.  

We accept most PPO dental insurance plans and are proud to be in-network providers for Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental Premier, Guardian, Sun Life, and United Healthcare.  

Additionally, we accept and submit claims to many other PPO insurance carriers, including:  

- Ameritas  

- Beam Benefits  

- BlueCross BlueShield  

- Humana  

- Lincoln Financial  

- MetLife  

- Principal Financial  

- TeamCare  

- Most Union Plans  

Please note that at this time, we are not contracted with HMO or Medicaid plans.
